Hello everyone,
Remember a month ago when I said I would be trying to post at least once a week? Well... that didn't happen.
I don't know what it is exactly but I can't seem to get anything written down. I could blame imposter syndrome and say that, at the moment, I don't feel like anything I could say would be worth reading but that could be said of any of my blog posts, and some of them have clocked up over 500 reads, so that can't be true. I think I am just tired.
With that in mind, I had initially decided to write a blog post on teacher fatigue and the implications that has for teacher retention... but I am very tired and struggling to muster the mental and emotional strength to do all the research.
Oh the irony!
Anyway, while I muster up what little vigor I have left, here is an original short story that I am about to write comprehension questions for. Please feel free to use it in class, or simply as a distraction.
